Hike to Angels Landing is amazing, with my girlfriend we need max. 2 hours to top, 1 hour to overview and 1 hour back to shuttle bus.
In visitors center stay 5-6 hours to Observation Point, we need 3.5 hours, also this times are for americas tourist 
Real hard hike was to Colorado River/Phantom Ranch and back in one day.
